Apple will soon announce a new Activity Challenge for Apple Watch users, celebrating February as Heart Month. In this latest activity challenge, users must complete their exercise ring for seven days in a row, from February 8th to February 14th.

In addition to the new heart-shaped medal, Apple is rewarding users who achieve the challenge with animated iMessage stickers. See them below. The challenge will go live on the 8th February.

The Heart Month activity challenge will be available to users in all countries. You just need an Apple Watch to participate.

Users have to complete their green exercise Activity ring for seven days, starting Thursday 8th February and ending on the 14th February, neatly aligning the Heart Month challenge with Valentines Day.

Here’s how Apple describes the newest Activity Challenge:

The Exercise ring measures the number of minutes of brisk activity per day as measured by the Apple Watch; brisk activity is any movement that exceeds the intensity of a brisk walk. Apple Watch owners that achieve the award will receive a new badge medal in the Activity app, as well as three stickers in iMessage.

For the first time for an Activity Challenge, the sticker rewards are animated. Each sticker features pulsating hearts, as seen below.

Note: To see them animate, right-click and Open In New Tab.

The achievement badge that will show up in the Activity app looks like the third sticker, in the metallic 3D style.

Heart Month Activity Challenge kicks off next week from February 8. We scraped the data source to tell you about it earlier than Apple intended.
