Fans of MTV’s Jersey Shore can now rent the famous party house. The house offers nightly rentals, weekly rentals, and the option to rent it out for private functions.
The iconic Italian flag printed on the garage still welcomes fans as they drive down the main strip towards the Jersey Shore house. The property became a well-known real estate sighting during the reality show’s six-season run on MTV, with the show following eight roommates living on the titular Jersey Shore during years. The famous property is owned by Danny Merk, who also owned the Jersey T-Shirt Shop in which the entire cast used to work.
The house that started it all and homed The Jersey Shore cast is available to rent, according to Jersey Digs. Along with the $3,000 per night rental fee, as well as six bedrooms that can sleep eleven, the house also showcases the famous bean bag chair that Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi fell asleep in so many nights, as well as the duck phone that fans will remember quacked intensely, alarming the roommates that “grenades” were calling. Other creature comforts also include a hot tub, barbecue, kitchen with a microwave and the terrace where the cast used to shoot water balloons onto the boardwalk hitting bystanders.
The house has also been featured on the reboot, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation which now follows the roommates ten years on. The home is located right off the main street at 1209 Ocean Terrace in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. The rental backs up onto the boardwalk which leads to the public beach and boardwalk. Unfortunately, the once-popular Karma Club and Bamboo Bar, which was often a go-to night out for J Woww, Pauly D, and Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino, have since filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. However, other well-known hangout spots are still open for business, such as the Beachcomber Bar, Spicy Cantina, and Aztec - which were all witness to the “Meatball” days, where Snooki and Deena Cortese would engage in some intense partying, often causing chaos for the rest of the house.
For the diehard Jersey Shore fans who are fully committed to getting their gym, tan, and laundry on, they can now be a part of reality TV history. And, given that fans who aren’t committed to a full rental, tours run for only $10; so, whether it’s an overnight stay or a quick check-in, fans are more than welcome to check it out themselves.
