Apple bought the exclusive rights to an Ed Sheeran documentary earlier this year. The documentary, Songwriter, has now been released. With an active Apple Music subscription, you can find the 1 hour, 24 minute film in the TV & Movies section in the Music app’s Browse tab, or in iTunes on the desktop. The film follows Sheeran across tour buses on the road and at home, as he created his latest album, Divide....

Facebook is testing a new app called The Re-Entry to help people who are transitioning from prison back into society, reports Bloomberg. This an effort by the company to “create more products for marginalized communities.” According to the report, some Instagram users saw a notification on the top of their feeds that read, “preparing for life after prison with community support.” The notification asked these users to click for early access to try the app and provide feedback, but Facebook says the notification shouldn’t have appeared to the public:...

The Marvel Cinematic Universe will soon be adapting The Fantastic Four into its franchise, bringing with them plenty of potential members of their comic book Rogues’ Gallery. While the film is still in its early stages of development, fans are already eagerly anticipating which villain Marvel’s First Family might square off against in their debut. Though Doctor Doom seems like the obvious choice for the Fantastic Four’s first foray into the MCU, the stature of such a villain might be better suited for a sequel in the franchise, leaving the door wide open for a different antagonist to appear first....

Facebook announced today that it is releasing its biggest iOS SDK update yet with the release of SDK 3.0 Beta for iOS, which also includes iOS 6 integration for native Facebook login. It is also rolling out a completely refreshed iOS Dev Center with tutorials, concepts, and reference docs to help iOS app developers build great Facebook-integrated apps for iOS devices. As for iOS 6 integration, Facebook explained the new SDK would automatically support use of the native Facebook Login feature in iOS 6 once it launches, and it will continue to support the feature in beta until then....

Ahead of the highly anticipated release of Fallout 4 on November 10th, Bethesda, the company behind the game, has released a new app called Fallout C.H.A.T. While it’s not an actual messaging app, or even an actual keyboard, it’s a neat way for fans of the popular Fallout series to communicate with one another. C.H.A.T. stands for Communications Hub and Transmitter and the app itself consists of 60 different emoji characters and animated GIFs featuring the Vault Boy character....
